On September 4th, 2024, we embarked on a transformative journey at Healthcare For Generations (HFG), celebrating the launch of our refreshed brand identity and a new website. This milestone marks our evolution from the Partnership for a HIV Free Generation to an inclusive organization addressing a broader spectrum of public health challenges.

A Virtual Gathering of Minds and Missions

Our virtual launch was not just an event but a gathering of dedicated minds from various sectors including healthcare professionals, key stakeholders, and partner organizations. The session was expertly moderated by our Executive Director, Zilpher Achieng Kepher-Ateng, whose guidance and insights have always propelled our mission forward.

The event kicked off at 4:00 PM with an opening prayer from Victor Mayi, setting a reverent tone for the session. Dr. Elizabeth Waithanji, our esteemed Chairperson of the Board of Directors, welcomed the participants with insightful remarks about our rebranding efforts and the future of HFG.

Introducing Our New Brand through Dynamic Visuals

Highlighting the launch was a compelling video presentation by the Executive Director, which detailed our new brand identity, thematic areas, and ongoing projects. The video served as a visual testament to our commitment and thanked our donors and partners, whose unwavering support has been essential in our journey.

Dr. Martin Sirengo, Vice Chairperson of the Board, took over the moderation and welcomed speeches from representatives of our esteemed partners, including Pathfinder, AMURT, University of Nairobi, the County Government of Kericho, and USAID. Each shared their enthusiasm for our new direction and the potential impacts of our collaborative efforts.

The response to our new brand and website has been overwhelmingly positive. Our newly launched site, www.hforgenerations.org, went live simultaneously with the event, experiencing a surge in traffic with daily active users peaking shortly after the launch. This initial boost was a testament to the effective outreach and the compelling content we introduced.

Our rebranding video alone garnered significant attention with over 245 views and high engagement metrics, indicating that our message resonated well with the audience. Our reach extended beyond Kenya, touching communities in the United States and Nigeria, showcasing the global relevance and appeal of our initiatives.
