He is a  Medical Specialist (Obstetrician and Gynecologist), Public Health Practitioner, with over 17 years of professional experience and a Program Management Specialist in both public sector and Non-Governmental organizations. Has over 10 years of program management and administrative experience in Reproductive Health and HIV/AIDS and over 15 years of clinical experience with extensive experience in MOH and Donor projects.  Has been a  technical lead person, Beyond Zero Campaign – an initiative by H.E. the First Lady of the Republic of Kenya, for improvement of Maternal and Neonatal/Adolescent Health and HIV Control. Has  received two awards for leading the Beyond Zero campaign and spearheading a 75% reduction of new infections among children in Kenya over a period of 5 years.  He is also a Public Policy practitioner, Strategist and analyst with knowledge in managing complex public health projects and managing Donor partners.
